Cancellation policy
At DVS Agencies, we aim to deliver quality services in a timely and transparent manner. However, since we deal with professional, compliance, and contractor services that are often customized and time-sensitive, we have a strict but fair cancellation policy.
🔁 Service Cancellation Guidelines
1. Before Service Commencement:

Clients can request cancellation within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet started.

2. After Service Commencement:

Once documentation is received and processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Fees paid are non-refundable once services are partially or fully delivered.
⚠️ Special Cases

If we are unable to proceed with a service due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances, DVS Agencies will cancel the service and initiate a full or partial refund, as applicable.

In cases where a government authority delays or rejects a filing due to reasons beyond our control, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
🚫 No-Show / Unresponsive Clients
If the client remains unresponsive for more than 7 days after making the payment and does not provide the required documents or communication, the service will be marked as inactive, and no cancellation or refund will be possible.
📩 How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be sent via email with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Service Name]” along with the payment reference and contact details.
